Wild Bush CheesesKirsty Silvester and Dave Chapman discovered their passion while visiting Dave’s daughter in Europe. During this time they lived and worked on a farm, learning more about the intricacies of taking care of sheep and, more importantly, learning the intricacies of cheese making.
