Aquiferra OliveAquiferra is a family business and olive estate with over 650 olive trees near the Ngarururo River. The 10 acres of Aquiferra land lies above the Heretaunga Aquifer; the hidden secret to agriculture in the area. The water taken from the Aquifer is responsible for irrigating the Aquiferra groves and is also the namesake of the farm combined with the Latin word “terra” for land.
