Mainstream beer had no choice but to give way to this talented and zealous woman who has played a massive role in the craft beer industry in New Zealand for over 30 years. Since finding air in the Sprig and Fern Tavern her, her husband Ken and her exceptionally talented brewing team have expanded the brand and you can now find more than a handful of taverns and craft bars around all showcasing the relaxed vibe that makes the Sprig and Tavern so unforgettable.
