With the cheese being made from the milk provided by the always healthy, happy and well fed “girls” of the Waimata Dairy Farm the Thorpe’s are committed to ensuring the highest quality soft cheeses, haloumi and feta cheeses. Using only traditional methods, the handcrafted cheeses are considered individual works of art made with love by Waimata’s talented cheesemakers.
