Whitestone CheeseFrom livestock farming to cheese making – the Berry family has been in the farming lifestyle for over four generations and take their pledge to the land very seriously. During the 1980’s droughts the Berry patriarch was nudged into the cheese making industry and this branch of the family business has flourished and expanded into the successful sole purpose of the Berry enterprise. As the years passed Simon Berry, the son of the family joined the business and brought along a unique skillset and a breath of fresh air to the business which is now a deli, cheese shop and factory that employs over 50 staff members.
